Counselling is a safe confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment

What is Counselling?

Counselling is a talking therapy, providing a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment for you to talk about any worries, concerns or problems with a trained professional.

Your therapist will help you explore, thoughts, feelings and behaviours to develop a better understanding of yourself and of others. Their role is not to offer opinions or advice but to help you explore and understand your issues from all angles, to understand yours and others response's to situations and help you to find your own solutions, enabling you to make effective changes in your life or find  better ways of coping with life's challenges.
